FIAPAC conference: ‘Freedom and rights in reproductive health’

The Seventh Congress of the International Federation of Professional Abortion and Contraception Associates (FIAPAC), will be held on 13/14 October 2006 in Rome, Italy.

Plenary discussions include:

  • Abortion in Europe
  • Recent developments in abortion technique
  • Pain management in abortion
  • Fantasies and reality of abortion and contraception
  • How to overcome the resistance against medical abortion
  • Who is afraid of a woman’s right to self-determination?

    Free communications in English are welcome. Please submit an abstract until 1 July 2006 by e-mail to: Poster exhibition is open during the two days.

    All participants are invited to bring teaching and information material like leaflets, posters and videos used in their country or institution. Please contact the organising committee if you have material to sell.
